3. Scope of Services

Enterprise Clients may use our AI-powered tools to transform, upscale, or enhance uploaded content ("Inputs") into new outputs ("Outputs"). Together with your prompts ("Instructions"), these are referred to as "Assets."

We offer tailored service packages for enterprise needs, including:

High-volume image generation

Priority support

Custom licensing arrangements

Access to Services requires stable internet connectivity and compatible technical infrastructure, which you are responsible for maintaining.

4. Ownership & Licensing of Enterprise Assets

Ownership:
You retain full ownership of your Inputs, Outputs, and related Assets created using the Services, subject to applicable law.

Licensing to Datablocks:

You grant us a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use your Assets solely to deliver and improve the Services, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not claim ownership of your Assets, nor do we use them for promotional or commercial gain beyond service operations.

Confidentiality:
All Assets and data submitted through the Enterprise account are treated as confidential and protected under NDA or Master Service Agreement terms, where applicable.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Services for illegal, unethical, or infringing purposes

Upload sensitive data (e.g., personal data, health records) without prior arrangement

Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the underlying AI modelsAbuse API rate limits or other infrastructure safeguards

You are responsible for your end users’ compliance with these Terms.

6. Custom Plans, Pricing & Payment

Payment terms may include:

Monthly or annual invoicing

Custom token or usage quotas

Courses

Volume discounts or reserved instance pricing

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of Services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Termination & Suspension

You may terminate the Services at the end of your current term anytime.

Datablocks may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable agreements.

8. Data Protection & Security

Datablocks implements security best practices, including:

Encryption in transit and at rest

Role-based access control

Regular audits and vulnerability assessments

Data transfers comply with GDPR, and enterprise-specific Data Processing Agreements (DPA) can be provided.

9. Service Levels & Support
